    after search results
    display attributes
    on selecting each attribute
particular search results filter and display in page

    how to do this ?

    #631442

    Hello,

To achieve this functionality, navigate to Theme Settings > General > Search and configure the settings to display the HTML Block in the form of attributes within the Full-Screen Search Extra Content Area. This will enable the filtering of search results by selecting attributes directly on the page.

i have followed your steps , please check private content

    Hello,

You cannot see the filters on the search results page. You can see the filters in this area.
    https://woodmart.xtemos.com/theme-settings-tooltips/popular-requests.mp4

For this you need to choose the search display “Full Screen” from Woomdart >> Header Builder >> Edit the Header of the site which you are using >> then edit the search form.

after search , we can see ” Attribute – Manufacturer”, based on selected Manufacturer, it ll display products.

    Hello,

Sorry, but there is no option available for that in Theme Settings.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy. You need to edit the theme for this. You need to edit the file at your own risk.

    Hi,

This option is avaialbe in your theme , please check below link :

    https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/?min_price=0&max_price=1000&s=ab&post_type=product&filter_color=beige

you can see “filters” in left side.

Filter by price, Filter by color, filter by brand.

i also want that in our website

    #631857

    Hello,

Thank you for clarifying. The feature you are referring to is the Shop Sidebar Filter, which displays available filters like price, color, and brand for the listed products.

To implement this on your website:
    1. Add the sidebar to your shop page to enable the filter functionality, similar to the demo you referenced.
    2. Follow this guide to set up and add the filters sidebar on your shop page:

Please add the “Brand” filter from your side in search result page.

    #641159

    Hello,

You are using an Elementor Pro template, which is why the sidebar is not displaying. Try adding the sidebar within the template and check if the issue is resolved.

I recommend using our Custom Layouts Builder instead of Elementor Pro for better compatibility:

You can refer to the documentation for more details:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

Hi, is it required to create new layout ? actually we need the “filter” in existing search page only. i have attached search page url in private content. if you add the brand attribute filter in that page, it ll be really helpfull. thanks in advance.

    #641584

    Hello,

To achieve this, you will need to create a new layout.

However, if you prefer to use the existing layout, you’ll need to add the sidebar to the archive page. Once the sidebar is added, the sidebar filter will appear alongside the search result products.

willl the sideebar display only in search results page or also in categories page ? also we are not using default woodmart searchbar. we are using fibosearch plugin to display search bar. in this case do we need to use existing layout or do we need to create new layout ?

    #641753

    Hello,

If the sidebar is available on the shop page, it will also display on the search results page.

However, if the sidebar is not available on the shop page, you will need to create a custom layout specifically for the search results page and add the sidebar.

    hi

we have only one filter : “brand”. [ only 3 brands we have ] so if we select side bar, seems its going to be lot of empty space in left side of the page. is there any way we can display filters on top of the categories ?

    example : something like this : https://prnt.sc/MG_6-hdXElN9

which shop layout i have to select in the options provided in dropdown : https://prnt.sc/zHxuLcB4pxf9

please check url in private content

    #641926

    Hello,

Yes, you can display the filters at the top of the layout using Elementor. You can add the filter widget in Elementor to position it with the categories.

You can choose the layout based on the design you prefer. If you want the filters to appear at the top, you can add the filter widget accordingly.

    #642585

    Hello,,

You created the wrong layout for the search result page. You need to create the layout for the search result page.

Now I have created a new layout for the search result page condition. Please check back your site and check the layout and customize it as per your requirements.

also we do not need the banner on top, if you can add brand filters in my previous search results page, it ll be really helpfull.

    Hello,

I have noticed that product filter (for show filters form) widget is missing on your site in layout
    https://ibb.co/60d0NHZr

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.1 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

Hi, we recently installed theme [ before few months ] , at that time if i remember, i saw demo before buying the theme, in that time filters in search page was available.

We really have tight schedule. is it really required to update to newer version now just for displaying filters in search page ?

    #642858

    Hello,

If you want to add only filters in the search result page you can add widgets from Appearance > Widgets.
The issue occurred because both the Elementor custom layout and the theme layout were enabled simultaneously, preventing changes from reflecting on the archive pages.

To resolve this, I have set the Elementor search results page layout to draft and applied the theme layout instead. Additionally, I have added the sidebar to ensure filters appear correctly on the search results page.

If you need to modify the filters, navigate to Appearance > Widgets and add or remove filter widgets from the Shop Page Widget Area as needed.

    Hello,

Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > in the shop page widget area edit the WooCommerce layered nav widget and change the title and change the attribute to brand attribute.

See the Screenshot for a better understanding: https://ibb.co/S7nNpwWC
