Hello! I have read the documentation but have not been able to incorporate the filters of the categories (product-gallery) as seen in the photo of the demo, I do not want them above the products of the categories. I need the filters to be positioned on the left sidebar as seen in the demo. How is it possible to see them there? I attach three images of how they look on my website and how I would like them. Thank you

    Hello,

Filter-top is the custom filters destined for the WordPress page which are not Woocomerce templates. If you want to insert them into the left sidebar, add HTML block widget to the Shop page widget area and choose your HTML block with filters in Appearance > Widgets.

Here is the list of WoodMart widgets https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/

okay. Have you added several widgets but how do I align them to the left margin? They are being placed on the top margin. Thank you

    Hello,

As I can see you have added the widgets into Shop filters area, and you should add them in to the Shop page widget area to have them in the sidebar, not in the top https://prnt.sc/sucgx0

When I deactivate Shop Filter, no filter appears anywhere, even though I have loaded the widget in the “Shop page widget area”. Can you check it? Maybe some other setting is wrong. Cheers

Look, I have tried loading several filters in the Shop page Widget Area, I have tested the sidebar to the right or to the left and absolutely no filter has appeared. 🙁

What should I configure there? I’ve already tried the Shop layout settings in comlumn left and column right and nothing appears. Have you been able to place them? I’ll leave it in column left so you can see that absolutely nothing changes. Cheers

I have tried disabling the plugins related to the theme but it does not work like that either. For a business matter I can’t leave the site without the plugins, please can you check what’s going on? Thank you

Thank you !! I’ve been trying to configure and wanted to know how to make it look like the demo(filter-left.png). I can’t even see the slider to filter the products. Thanks forever!

I have tried to disable plugins not related to the topic but the problem persists. I must reactivate them so as not to leave my site inactive. I provide you with the access data so that they can review it. Thank you

    Hello,

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
