    Hello,

    1- The Additional Information tab only appears on those Products which have Attributes defined. If any of the Product doesn’t have Attributes defined then it will not show on them.

    But if you explicitly hide this tab irrespective of the Attributes defined, then please try using the following Custom CSS code on your Site and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

    #tab-title-additional_information { display: none !important; }

    2- To hide the Brand tab from the Single Product page, please go to Dashboard > Theme Setting > Shop > Brands > there you can find the Show tab with brand information toggle option > just turn this option off: https://snipboard.io/X3dVHj.jpg

    Hello,

    Please try using the below Custom CSS code and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Custom CSS for mobile section:

    .wd-accordion-title.wd-opener-pos-right.tab-title-additional_information { display: none !important; }

    Remember to apply it under the Custom CSS for mobile not Global one.

    If you want to hide this Additional Tab from the mentioned views too, then you need to apply the earlier sent CSS to all the following said locations of the Custom CSS:

    Custom CSS for tablet
    Custom CSS for mobile landscape

    These both can be found under the same Theme Settings > Custom CSS.

    We have checked this concern on your Site related to Checkout page processing error and under the Console, there is an error being generated related to a third party Plugin “iThink Logistics” : https://snipboard.io/dWQLGr.jpg

    So, it might be a third party Plugin conflict on your Site, so you need to check with that by deactivating the mentioned Plugin. If the process works fine after that, it means that the Plugin must be causing a conflict.

    And according to the Envato Policy we don’t provide Support for the third party Plugin issues. You will need to contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard. They will guide you better.

    Hope you can understand our limitations in this regard.

    Firstly, to clear your doubt that it is not a Theme end issue, here is our Test Site URL where you can try checking out and you will see that the Checkout processing is working fine: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/checkout/

    So, this thing is specifically happening on your Site. Earlier, when we shared the Screenshot with you was the Error being generated on your Site related to that iThink plugin so we shared that with you. If you are still facing an issue after deactivating that plugin then kindly once check this concern with the default WP Theme activated on your Site like Twenty Twenty Three or Storefront and then check back the concern again.

    If the issue doesn’t persist with the default Theme activation, then kindly please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
