fix my login/register on home page header

Hello,
in my desktop view when i try to click my login/register appears black screen but in last week when i click my login/register appears a scrolling tab and i can login in home page.
what can i do to fix it?

The Login/Register may be presented as a drop-down or shown in the sliding sidebar. You need enter the element and set one and the same format for both views: desktop and mobile. http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3

Check and make sure you have the same settings in both views.
