We have noticed a strange behaviour on the checkout page of our website. We are trying to simulate a fake order from a customer and what we saw here is a fixed value asigned to the Country option on the checkout page:

The client does not have the option to change the country because that value is fixed on the checkout page.
Could you please provide us some guidance on how to change/modify that behaviour? We would like to allow the customer select the country on the checkout page, but the country value is been displayed as a fixed value.
