Fixed width hover boxes

Hello,

I was wondering if there´s a way to set a fixed width on the individual hover box elements. We have text on the images, and since the boxes are responsive the text disappears on tablets/mobile.

This element does not relate to our theme and we do not have any instructions thereof. The fixed width can be applied to any element, however, this element may lose its responsiveness.
