My website’s header floating menu is not working, and mobile footer menu is not showing

As for the footer menu, please clear the mobile cache and check it again, in case if you will not see that menu, please send me access to the admin dashboard so I will check it on your side.

When I’m logged in as a admin the floating menu is showing but when I visit my as a customer it’s not showing, and I have cleared my cache several times but it’s not showing. I’m sharing my access

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

Ok, now I see the issue, you have enabled the maintenance mode without defining an appropriate page, therefore, you have such an issue. You need to navigate to Theme Settings -> Maintenance and disable it: https://take.ms/B30sF

Then clear the cache and recheck the issue.
