How did you delete it if it’s still in Russian?

Hello,

Actually, you have set the site language as Russian that is why the Woocommerce plugin auto-created the Russian language file again, I have deleted it again. Please check it now.

Best Regards.

Hello,

The issue is because of the translation files. I have created the files again but you have to translate the theme file translation again manually:
