The punctuation mark is inside your landing page. So if you do not want that punctuation mark then simply delete it by editing the page with Wp-Bakery page builder.
Yes, this might be another type of font. Currently the “Lato” font is using for that title. You can clearly see in the below screenshot that “t” and “l” are separate alphabets and punctuation mark used separately. So if you want the other alphabets in the same style in which the “Z” alphabet is displaying then just write the other text in the same font which is used for “Z” alphabet.
