It’s really weird, because if you go to the WP native CSS editor, this show the icons, but if you navigate the site, the \f1047 shows like a square.
I’ve search in the forum about this before post, and one thing to call my attention was the “Font Awesome Library” option in the Perfomance menu. I’ve just update the theme, and this option didn’t show, how could it be?
I reffer to this option: https://ibb.co/0n4kQzt and https://ibb.co/NmpTKjF
Attach an image of our site panel.
    Tnx!

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please and make sure that your site URL has been correctly inserted (HTTPS/HTTP) in the Dashboard > Settings > General

As soon as you insert the proper URL, save the Theme Setting and clear your cache.

    Best Regards

The settings are all the same.
I’ve attach the dashboard screenshot and the wp-config.
BTW, I’ve set the “force redirect” to https, all the site works under https.
There’s a way to “reload” the font or something?
    Tnx.-

    Hello,

Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/update-theme/

If it does not solve the problem, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    Best Regards

    Hello Elise.
Before post here, we update the whole theme and plugins, and clean and set up all the site.
When we don’t have nothing else to look, come here and post the new topic.

The problem still remain the same.

I don’t understand what do you mean with “deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area.”

    Tnx for the reply.

    Hello,

You need to deactivate the plugins in Dashboard > Plugins. Leave these (realted to the theme) active:

    Contact Form 7
    Mailchimp for WordPress
    Recent Posts Widget Extended
    Safe SVG
    Slider Revolution
    WooCommerce
    WPBakery Page Builder
    XTEMOS Post Types plugin

Then check the issue. If you still have the problem, send us your login URL, login ID, and password into the Private content area which is under the message block.

    Best Regards
