gkarakParticipantHello and thank you for the nice theme.
I have an issue with my web site. We moved it from the staging domain:
to the live domain:
by moving files and replacing all references in db and files from the previous to the new domain as we do with all our WP sites.
Unfortunately, it seems that something is off with the fonts. The menu should be using FontAwesome for the caret, but there is nothing displayed in the live domain as in staging.
What are we missing here?
Thanks

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please save the Theme Setting, update files in CSS generator if you used them and clear your cache.
Best Regards

gkarakParticipantThank you for your quick reply. I can confirm that we:
1. Saved the Theme Settings: under menu Theme Settings, button Save Options
2. Updated files in CSS generator: under menu Woodmart, CSS Generator: Generate file
3. Clear cache: I suppose you mean browser cache, which we have disabled.
Still, the caret is not displaying properly. Any advice please is appreciated.
Kind Regards,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, and provide the site admin access to the private area.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please have a look at the screen https://prnt.sc/rh8l3x
It should be 4.5.2.
Please update the CSS file in the CSS generator.
Best Regards

gkarakParticipantSorry but I do not understand your reply. The CSS generator is not a standard WP functionality, and in the XTemos documentation for the generator there is nothing regarding the version.
I have noticed that by deleting the CSS file, the template works properly. When I generate it again, it stops working.
Can you please let me know more information about these versions and how to correct this.
Thanks in advance.

gkarakParticipantI don’t understand you, and it seems you don’t understand me either.
I am telling you: When I press GENERATE FILE, the problem with the fonts comes back. The version generated again is the same as before. What do you mean to create a new one?

gkarakParticipantHello,
Yes, the carets are displayed, but the layout is totally corrupted and it does not look like your screenshot. The current layout looks like:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
That was the plugins conflict, update all the plugins then activate them one by one to detect which one causes the problem https://gyazo.com/77b219f1a313f8bd43c19a0ec4305da1

gkarakParticipantHello,
At the screenshot of post #180936, all extra plugins were disabled. When I checked your reply, during my previous post and those screenshots, you had apparently re-enabled the plugins. At your last screenshot, you had disabled them again. This was very confusing and I am clarifying it here in case somebody else runs into this kind of issue.
We checked all disabled plugins. Apparently, this is caused by Woocommerce Admin, which is an optional AJAX admin plugin. This used to work properly at our staging domain. Being an official Woocommerce plugin, we would never thought that this would cause the problem. We have now disabled it.
Thank you for your time and support.
Kind Regards,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
On the staging site, you have the out-to-date theme. When you moved to another domain, we have updated the theme and the plugins which did not cause the problem earlier started the conflict. That was the reason.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.Best Regards
