How can I add this footer template to my footer?

You have not provided the screen, so I will try to explain in general.

1. Navigate to HTML block create your HTML and add the template to HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

2. Navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer > choose and set one column.

3. Then go to Appearance > Widgets add HTML widget to the Footer column and choose the HTML block you have created.
