General site speed depends on many factors, not just on the theme, but our theme is fully optimized.
Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) scores with 20-50 points for mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress.

2. In order to enable / disable Sliders post type, please go to Theme Settings > Others and disable Enable custom slider option.

Regarding Sidebars, there is no such an option like Sliders, unfortunately.

1. Header

You set Overlap to the header, in case you don’t want to use it, please create new header without overlap then go to Theme Settings > Single product > Single product and you can set custom header for single product via Custom single product header dropdown.

2. Arrows
