    Hi again! I’m really excited to get this done. Could you please let me know where I can find the <head> area? I’ve checked some videos but I’m still not sure. I can’t thank you enough for all your help !

    Hi wensen32,

    The Most Easy way is to add it using a free plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

    If you want to edit the header.php file directly then you need to copy the header.php file from the main theme to the child theme and then try adding the code in it.

    I’d be really grateful if you could take a look at the layout issues! I’ve already tried getting advice from some experts, and they suggested I contact the theme supporter. would you please help me with this ?

    To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you provide me temporary FTP info (server, username, password, port) to Private Content area, I need to enable debug log and this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.
