how to remove white space between html block footer and body, And also how i can use background image for whole website header footer and body use 1 image for whole website i have used image for html block and body separately

You can find the option in the Design tab for WP bakery page builder and the Advanced tab for Elementor to remove the white space.

You can upload the image in the background. Navigate to Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Pages background.
