Footer html blocs bug

Hello! I created the footer from html blocks in elementor. In the editor everything looks ok, but on live css it’s not ok.

I have encountered similar problems in the past. How can I fix it to display the html blocks correctly on all devices?

Check on mobile for example. Is not responsive
