Hello,

You have provided the WP-ADMIN Login details but you haven’t shared the Site URL with that.

So, the Site URL being shown in the Image by you seems to be a Shopify Site URL as we have checked under the Inspect tool. There were Shopify classes.

So, kindly please share your WordPress Site URL along with valid WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern further on your Site and assist you accordingly.

Hello,

There are two ways to set up the Footer under the Theme. Either you go with the Widgets one or you can have an HTML Block created for the Footer. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/set-up-footer/

So, in your case, we would suggest you to try creating the Footer through an HTML Block, and in that, you can design the Footer as you want.

The HTML Blocks are created under the Dashboard > HTML Blocks.
