Footer showing up on custom page

    Hello, I am using a plugin called WooCommerce B2B Sales agent. It adds a custom dashboard for sales agent user role.

    However, our woodmart theme is adding a footer to this page. I have tried to disable the footer options on the page, but its still visible.

    When I switch to the Twenty-Twenty theme or Storefront, the issue goes away, so the plugin’s support team is telling me to reach out to my theme’s support.

    Hello, you will have to login as a “sales agent” user role to see that dashboard instead of the standard ‘My Account’ page.

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Correct, there is no WoodMart footer on the page, but there is that side bar visible.

    That is a footer from the plugin that is displaying on the side of the page, ONLY when woodmart theme is active.

    If I disable the Woodmart theme and switch to Storefront theme, the side bar is gone.

    I already tried it with storefront, and the issue goes away.

    Problem is with your theme.
