footer widgets lost

    I have 4 footer columns with widgets and after a while they are removed from the widget area…
    the columns are empty and I have to find them at inactive widgets and put them back!
    but it happens again.
    please help!

    Hi,

    It may happen if you switch between different themes in your WordPress -> Appearance -> Themes. It is a WordPress bug and it is not caused by our theme.
