Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Owing to the recent versions of the theme, you can create a preset in the Theme settings and set settings for mobile. You can find the instruction here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/woodmart-update-6-0-explained/
You need to create a preset, chose “Custom” and then set “Is mobile device”, then create an HTML block for the mobile Footer: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
Then set one column in the Theme Settings > Footer and add the HTML widget to the Footer column in Appearance > Widgets: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#1623528340646-2c7a75c8-f1e0
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

fameadvanceParticipantOh thats great news, Thanks for the reply.
I’ve tried to set up a custom mobile footer but I wasnt able to get it to work.
In the options preset, i created new preset called “Mobile footer”
I select custom, equals is a mobile. I have created an HTML block as my mobile footer content. But im not sure how to connect the two. Should it be showing in the widget setting of the cpanel? Is there an online video i could follow?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I am checking the Theme Settings and I do not see any presets. https://gyazo.com/42532c52f5a63c30db2b75e2bb8b6d62
1. Create a preset for mobile: https://gyazo.com/417e5aa7093e0b18cd31319ecb0192a8
2. Chose the footer layout: https://gyazo.com/7b82fbfce7b8726beb875ca2e8fad57e
3. Create two HTML blocks: for the desktop (the content that you use in the Footer column 1): https://gyazo.com/2deef86d58ce0a20c0ce401406d2c51a and another one for mobile.
4. Then enter each HTML block and show/hide the columns appropriately: the first HTML block is hidden for mobile, the second one is shown only on mobile: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/control-elements-different-devices-responsive-column-controls/
5. Add both HTML blocks to the Footer Column 1. As the result all the widgets: Footer Columns 2, 3,4 would be hidden, one column Footer 1 will be shown with different HTML blocks.
If you have any questions or need further help, please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
