Forbidden 403 error

Dear Madam, Sir,

I am writing to you regarding the Forbidden 403 error on my server after installing the Woodmart demo.

Indeed, I installed the demo and when I want to go to the home page of my site I receive this error. Could you please solve this problem?

Currently I am using my server by myself and my server is not shared. I am sending you the screenshot of this error.

We are sorry you have faced this issue. Please contact the server support on this issue, and let them check the site meets WordPress requirements and there is space enough for the site.

We can help you with theme installation, please provide the net WordPress installation, advise what builder you prefer and which demo you would like to upload.

I will contact them regarding this matter and I still have the following questions:

1) I would like to ask you when installing the theme do we have to install the default demo first and then change it to the demo we want or directly without the default demo we can install the demo we want?

2) For the PHP configuration I put the following requirements:

memory_limit 512M
post_max_size 128M
upload_max_filesize 128M
max_execution_time 180
max_input_vars 10000

Are these PHP requirements correct and sufficient or should I increase them?

3) To put the logo of our company in which format should be logo and could you specify the size also please?

1. You can select any demo, there is no necessity to upload the base demo first.

2. The Site requirements ok. Let’s see what the host support replies.
