You explained me how to add a form enabling people to ask a question about a product (via HTML blaock), here was:

When the html block is added, the tabs below are disappearing.
And vice versa.it’s not caused by wp rocket. Not caused by WPML currency widget which is in same area. …

You have removed the HTML block from After add to card area that is why you do not have it.
Get back to the topic where I provided the instructions and go through from the beginning up to the end and configure it once more.

To see by yourself, you can add [html_block id="1903"]

If you have removed it would not work. There are no other options to add a popup into the product page.

This, I do understand, but as stated above, issue is that, if I add the shortcode, then, the tabs below are erased. I don’t know what happened, before it was working perfectly.So, now, the code is added.

You say you have configured everything and it worked. So you need to view the topic and repeat all the actions step by step. If you have removed the shortcode from After Add to cart button, so nothing would appear there.

Actually there is no option, however, there is way out:
1. Create the HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ with Popup element http://prntscr.com/ky3p1f a contact form 7 inside http://prntscr.com/ky3ps1
2. Add HTML ID into the Theme Settings > Product page > Before “Add to cart button” text area
In result under “Add to cart button” user will see the button which calls popup with the contact form 7 where he can request customization
