Formatting / Coding issues on Shop & Product Pages

Hello, we suddenly started experiencing an odd formatting issue on the shop and product pages. It seems to break the product grid and cause the rest of the text to be italic. Also, I see that the ajax ‘load more’ button isn’t working. One product seems to be missing.
My webhost seems to imply this is a theme coding issue but everything was working fine up until several days ago. Any idea where to troubleshoot? Thank you.

Hello,
Please check the product pages and make sure you have closed all the HTML tags. If it does not solve the issue, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
