Formatting in Mega Menu

What had worked previously, now does not work, probably because I changed a setting somewhere.
The formatting done to the HTML block does not show (see screen shots).

Please inform what element have you lost?

What changed did you do and where: if you want background and border enter the row editing mode, switch to Design tab and configure that. Video tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34Xd9L_oLcs&feature=youtu.be

I formatted an HTML block for the dropdown in a menu. On other menus it works fine,…. Im really dumbing down on this…

The screen shot with the blue background etc is how it shows in the editor. The plane white with nothing is the actual page….

Please provide your site admin access and advise which menu items work well and which ones do not.

As I understand you want a red border, border radius, and background? The video tutorial shows how to do that.

Everything is configured correctly but it does not work.
The reason is sub-items http://prntscr.com/jvyy0p You can set either sub-items or mega-menu. Now your subitems are shown instead of mega-menu.

Have a look for testing purposes I have set SKIN CARE in MakeUP and it works as it should http://prntscr.com/jvyyjq

I have put back mega menu blocks as they were.
