Hello,
Today we received feedback from a customer that he cannot complete the order. There is a message during checkout telling him to contact customer support. We then tried several things and found that as soon as a free item was in the shopping cart, the order could not be completed. Without this free item everything works. Could you please check this? I have attached a screenshot. You will have access to our test page as usual.
