Try to put your custom HTML or text to the “HTML before footer” area in Theme Settings -> Footer.

Where can I find you custom HTML text for that text to replace the information?
You can create Text blocks with Visual Composer and add desired text like this

Yes, you can create an HTML Block with Text blocks and this text inside. Then, copy that block shortcode and place to the prefooter.
