Free shipping error

My free shipping rule is R$300.00. When adding products with a value below R$100.00, free shipping is released even though the free shipping progress bar warns that the total value has not been reached. If I exceed the value of 100, shipping calculates normally. The rule is configured correctly in the settings.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

The problem I’m facing is that when the cart value is below R$100.00, free shipping is available!! This means customers can purchase products without getting full price to get free shipping.

As you can see in the image the price is R$ 99.00 below R$ 100.00 and free shipping is available!!! And we have a notice saying that to get free shipping you need 199.00

After examining your problem in more detail, we can confidently say that the issue is related to the WooCommerce plugin. Our Free Shipping Bar functionality only takes values from this WooCommerce field (screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/gd6oBzizAjF1xqbpuF0kqZ2rOh0amy) and nothing else. The display of the field is handled by WooCommerce, and as we can see, it is not working correctly since the cart total is less than the minimum amount specified for free shipping.

This problem can also be seen with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. (screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/02NUUJzIgE0MRy7wcrLJOuwS45OOMm) As you can see, the required amount has not been reached, but free shipping is already being applied.

We also found an issue topic on WooCommerce GitHub with the same problem https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/45797 and as we can see, it has not been resolved yet.
