How do I ensure that the number marked on the link is automatically lost on 100 TL and that it is shipped with free shipping?

I know it’s not a problem with the theme but I couldn’t find it in the forums.

I have seen your screenshot, It’s not a part of our theme it is related to default WooCommerce functionality and our theme does not influence this.
