French translation of terms

Hello, I can’t translate certain terms on my site into French (see the attached image).

When I install “loco translate” it tells me that the terms are translated correctly but doesn’t change on the site. (even clearing the cache).

Please tell me which file to use to translate these terms please ?

(example : My account = mon compte ; logout = déconnexion ; search for product = chercher un produit ….

I managed to fix the problem by re-creating the theme translation file in loco translate.
But when I import the already translated file that you offer here: https://xtemos.com/glotpress/projects/woodmart/
it doesn’t work while it tells me that the string is well translated.

So I’m just going to re-translate the file unless you have a solution for importing your already translated file.
