The front-end of our website has disappeared and is no longer visible when we are logged in as Admin. In other words, if I’m logged into the WordPress dashboard as Admin; and if I click on “Visit Site” in the top left corner, I am taken to a page with the correct URL for our home page ( https://hnwgallery.com/ ), but the page is completely blank. However, if I open an incognito window and visit the same URL, then everything is working properly.
So I contacted SiteGround and they confirmed that everything is working properly on their end and for the public. However, they suggested that this issue is usually theme-related (and could even be caused by a single syntax issue related to a theme file), so they suggested that I should contact you first.
