First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I have visited the URLs you provided.

The content of the website is set to boxed and without stretching the content you cannot set the section background to full width.

You can try setting custom width for the layout from Theme Settings >> General.
