I would like to ask how could I create a page like this:

– is it possible to create such a section linked “timeline”?
– how can i create full with text and photo combinations? for example: photo on the right side and text on the left.

The full-width element is created by a row settings: http://prntscr.com/kij8n3

Create a row with two columns and insert text into one, and Promo banner into another https://gyazo.com/a3816e38908e51bf881df9e0de6c814d

Put the element in vice versa order in the second row. Take into consideration margins and paddings, go to the Design tab of the element/row/column and set zero.

Hello,

Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer. You will find Pre-footer area and HTML ID, you need to got to the HTML blocks, find the proper block and edit it as a WP Bakery Page Builder template. https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/html-blocks/

Hello,

Navigate to Appearance > Widgets and find Footer Column 1,2 and others, you can add/remove widgets or edit them.
