aynur.tasim90ParticipantHello Artem. We have created the staging website: https://h3i.d7a.myftpupload.com . The login details are the same ones we have provided you with. All of the plugins and themes are updated. The WoodMart theme doesn’t let us update it. Play around with the staging website, edit the code, update or add plugins, update themes – do whatever you need to do. Our main issue to be resolved is the arrows on the single products page, that won’t allow customers to browse through the product photos. In addition our license activation code is registered to the http://www.ecodreamr.ch website but on the WordPress it shows us that the license isn’t activated. Please experiment and fix the issues and let us know.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
The WoodMart theme doesn’t let us update it.
Could you please clarify why you can’t update the theme? Please follow our tutorial from the documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
Also, please keep all the plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off, as well as the child theme.
Kind Regards

aynur.tasim90ParticipantThe “Update Now” button isn’t showing and that’s why we can’t update the theme. The plugins have been deactivated and the parent theme has been activated, as per your request.

Artem TemosKeymasterIt looks like you didn’t activate the license. So in this case you need to update it manually as described in our manual.
April 1, 2024 at 4:28 pm #553904
aynur.tasim90Participantwe already activated the licence code in EcoDreamr.ch but in the website it says it is not activated. Artem, can you check it yourself to make sure you understand?
April 1, 2024 at 4:31 pm #553905
Artem TemosKeymasterBut I’m currently checking your staging website. And there is no activation on your staging website. Also, your main domain is activated and this domain is listed correctly in your account.
April 1, 2024 at 4:42 pm #553908
aynur.tasim90Participantin the website Xtemos Woodmart is activated but in the website itself where you put the licence key is written that the Woodmart is not activated (the website itself), therefore the staging website cannot be activated. Can I talk to a manager?
April 1, 2024 at 4:44 pm #553909
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to remove the activation in your account and then activate the theme again on your website. You can do this on this page https://xtemos.com/my-account/
You can contact our manager using the contact form on this page https://xtemos.com/contact-us/

Artem TemosKeymasterThank you. We visited multiple products and didn’t see any problems with the gallery arrows. Please test it from your end and let us know how it works. Remember to clear your browser cache before testing.

aynur.tasim90ParticipantHello, the arrows are now working properly, but the problem with the header after updating WoodMart to the latest version still remains. This is the header with only WoodMart Core, WooCommerce and WPbakery plugins activated. The logo is not shown.
The second photo is the header after every plugin is activated. The logo is still hidden and now the language switcher is not available to be seen. We have found ot that the laguage switcher problem is from the “Disable XML-RPC-API” plugin for WordPress. Please see if it is due to the compatibility with the new version of WoodMart.
All of the photos are taken from the staging website: https://h3i.d7a.myftpupload.com . For reference on how things should look, please check the official, un-updated website: ecodreamr.ch.

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
To fix this problem, you need to open your SVG logo file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add height and width attributes to your
<svg>
tag like it is shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/83fd36b0bb9628bb1aed2bd3d5d063c5
Then, you will need to re-upload your icons in the WordPress Dashboard. As for the language switcher shortcode, it does not seem to be a theme problem. If you have a conflict between WPML and your plugins, you must consult the plugin developers for help.
Regards
