1. The issue with the gallery is related to the images themselves, all images should be of equal sizes, in your case they are different therefore such an issue appeared.
2. You need to create a new translation in Loco Translate -> Themes -> Woodmart -> create a translation with the “Custom” location and make changes for this text there.
