Gather Customer Information before they order

My customers must provide information about the product when ordering. These are for example name, phone number, website, email and also an upload field should be available. In other words, the products are individualized.
The “form” could be on the product site, before clicking on “add cart”. Or it could be in the cart.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

The checkout form is the Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart, our theme does not have any options to add or remove the fields in the checkout.

You can slightly configure the checkout in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Checkout.

Alternatively, you can try to search for a plugin allowing add and remove the fields into the checkout.
