    Hello dear support,

I’ve installed and configured Loco, uploaded the .PO language pack and Loco shows the German language under the theme’s category. However, I still have English only. Have tried the solutions from this forum including sync, etc. but still no avail. It is very frustrating and we need to finish the site ASAP. Please help!

    Thanks

    Hello,

Please deactivate the cache plugin and check if the problem remains, download the latest archive with our theme from the Themeforest account and take the woodmart/languages/woodmart.pot file and replace it with your theme on your server. Then click the “Sync” button in Loco Translate plugin.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Thanks for your answer. I did all the steps and disabled the cache plugin and hosting’s cache as well. Then uploaded the new language files… Didn’t work. What’s next?

    Hello,

We have created a new translation file and it works properly:

    http://prntscr.com/uguzzk
    http://prntscr.com/ugv0ek

It seems something is wrong with this translation.

    Best Regards

Sorry, but this doesn’t resolve my problem now. I want to change the theme to German language and now I’m struggling with this for 4 days. I picked the translation file up from the forum. Someone has posted it as working German translation.
If there is a problem with the German version I uploaded, where can I find the correct version?

    Hello,

Our theme officially supplied in English only. We do not have the correct translation. Perhaps the person who created this translation made errors or some other reasons. We have tested and see that our theme is translated correctly.

Perhaps you have imported the translation not correctly. We do not have instruction on the correct process.

    Best Regards
