Getting warings after new installation

Hello,
after first installation of your great theme. I am getting these warnings:

Warning: Illegal string offset ‘Cookie’ in domain path/wp-content/themes/basel/inc/functions.php on line 1091

All of required and recommended plugins are activated. PHP 7.1 and requirements for hosting are reached.

Can you also look at Dummy Content? I am getting
Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.
and additional pages import is not available.

If you see this error, try to remove the following line in the file inc/dummy-content/base/after.php and run the import again. We also suggest you clean your WordPress installation before import to be sure that you don’t have any posts, pages, images uploaded yet.

$this->create_attributes();

I removed “$this->create_attributes();” from inc/dummy-content/base/after.php and import is working fine.
But there are still warning messages from /inc/functions.php on line 1091
