Global lang attribute

    Hi guys, thank you for the vwery good theme,

    SEMRush is flagging a potential issue that pages on the site do not have a lang attribute (“N pages have no hreflang and lang attributes”). It’s a single language website so I don’t need hreflang alternate, but I think I need lang.

    I haven’t found a setting for each page which I can set to a specific language. I am using en-uk, Can you please tell me how I can add a global lang attribute? (possibly in functions.php or header.php) either through a Snippet or by manual editing.

    Hello,

    This feature seems to be not related to the theme but to WordPress itself. Could you please check how it works with a default WordPress theme?

    Artem,

    my site shows <html lang=”en-GB”> on all pages including WooCommerce. I’m not sure why SEMRush didn’t pick this and said that my paged don’t contain any language attribute :)))
