If this theme doesn’t work with google ads, I want my money back. It’s very serious.

I can’t make ads with google ads and they say they have the site theme with an ajax part. He says that the site doesn’t open in several cities around the world and that the speed doesn’t reach the minimum.

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Regards

already checked. I’m a little sad and upset because I spent money on your theme and it doesn’t work. I’ve been testing with google and we’ve come to the conclusion that the problem is really the theme. I’ve seen some posts in your support about this, a year ago they said that google ads didn’t work due to ajax. And google told me the same. Can you fix this as soon as possible?

But you can completely disable AJAX in our theme. You can find an option in Theme Settings -> Product archive https://gyazo.com/ae911d708aea5c633ba3bf3517354953

Your website speed depends on a lot of factors including your server performance, images optimization, cache etc. You need to optimize your content first. But anyway, if you are not satisfied with our theme you can request a refund here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
