Google performance score is bad and site loading issues

Hello,
Is there are specific stuff that I could do to make my website load faster. My google performance score is 40-45 on phone. I even hide some blocks on main page(attached photo) or should I delete them completely?. But the lag issues are not from them mainly. Even opening product page they are loading really badly. All images that I uploaded max are 100kb. Can someone give me any insights and perhaps even there is tutorial for woodmart and asset cleanup?
I didn’t use and special code or anything + my hosting is one of the fastest on the marked.

With all honesty had hosting issues but they are all fixed up and bought and installed wprocket. So all good now
