Google Speed index – Mobile version showing issues that have been fixed

Hello, The google speed index is showing issues that are fixed for the Desktop version. How can I syncronise these two?

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. Thank you for the reply. My concern was about the huge difference in scores for the mobile and desktop versions. Can you have a look at the screenshots attached?
Yes, Google measures mobile and desktop speed differently which is why you see this difference between both scores.
