Greeting message for logged in users

Hello, quick question, where can I translate (or change) “Hello, admin” string?

I can’t find it in po file, maybe you could tell me in which theme file i can find this part?

You should be able to find it in the PO file. Try to click “Sync” button using Loco Translate plugin to actualize translations file.

When I type “hello” in search area, no results are found

You need to move them to the wp-content/languages/themes folder firstly.
