greyish window open at first visit every day

When arrive on my website a kind of greyish window pop up. To visit the web side we must close it with the cross at the upper right.
Can you help me to remove this ?
I have the same issue on an other web side…

Our promo popup appears when your visitors open your website for the first time. You are able to customize its appearance and content via our Theme Settings -> Shop -> Promo popups.
