    I wanted to create my own template in wpbakery Grid Builder, but an error message appeared. You advise me what to do?

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    I deactivated not related plugin and adjustments in functions.php too, but did not fix the problem.

    Strange, but the changes made in the files are not applied on the frontend at all.

    We tried to change our theme files like inc/functions.php but see no changes on the website.

    Hi,

    Sorry, but we can’t check anything while we can’t edit theme files. As we said, we don’t see any changes made in our theme’s files.

    Hi,

    Be sure that you have activated the child theme in Appearance -> Themes.
