danParticipantHi, I create a sales page with this short code: [products limit="12" columns="3" orderby="date" on_sale="true" paginate="true"]
I also add an filter in order to someone select categories with sales products.
The problem when i select specific categories on filter, the grid layout of products is broken as i can see from the images attached. This happens only to specific products. Please see url on private area and photos attached.

danParticipantThese categories for sure: “Κασκόλ”, “Γούνινοι γιακάδες”, “Καπέλα”, “Είδη Γραφείου”
The strange is when you are on one of the above categories and you hit refresh in the browser it shows them properly.
Something strange happen with the css i guess.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Please update the theme till 6.2.2.
Best Regards

danParticipantHi,
I update the theme and disable the plugins except the Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce plugin because i use it for the sales filtering, unless you have other option that i can use in order to show the categories that contains only sales products.
The issue still remains.
As i said this is strange because it happens only to specific categories and grid spacing issue is fixed if you refresh the page. I don’t use any cache plugin.
What i want is simple: In one page show only the sales products with pagination and on left show the filter with categories where people can navigate and show ONLY the products on sale on each category.

danParticipantI also add a video to see exactly the issue.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
As soon as I have deactivated all the plugins, the Product categories disappeared.
woocommerce widgets would not work as usual WordPress pages, you have added these categories by means of the plugin, please contact the plugin support on this issue.
Best Regards

danParticipantI mentioned clearly in my last message that i did not deactivate the ajax product filters for woocommerce plugin because i couldn’t test it without it. This is the one that shows the categories in order to be able to test it.
Is there any other option that i can use in order to show ONLY the sales products and have filter for categories?
I describe also in detail above what exactly I would like to achieve.
Thank you!

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
