GTmetrix Serve scale image Problem

Hi, I am very confused with image size. I am uploading 700×800 images but its making my home page very heavy. Why my home page products catalog taking full size of image inspite of thumbnail size. I am getting serve scaled image error in gtmetrix.com. Please check this screenshot

You can try to install and use regenerate thumbnails plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ It is free.
