Gtranslate Delete Header Banner and Footer

Hello, I use Gtranslate and I attached it with HTML code on the top bar of the header. Everyting is good when I check it but When I point with mice the Gtranslate icon on the header, Header Banner and footer are deleted. What is the problem and how can i fix this?

Also, please explain where you have defined that HTML code.
