I cannot test. Please move your site to a staging area, disable all the plugins not related to the theme, and provide the hashtags which I should test.

Here is the admin access, if you can detect the error without staging site it would be better because I have already tried and it created database problems.
You can now edit products to test even if it’s live.

You have 55 active plugins. Most likely they influence the proper Instagram work. In order to find which one causes the problem, you need to disable them all excepting these ones:

Contact Form 7
Mailchimp for WordPress
Safe SVG
Slider Revolution
WooCommerce        
WPBakery Page Builder
XTEMOS Post Types plugin

Then you need to activate them one by one checking the issue. It would take a lot of time and live site will have to be without plugins. That is why you need to move your site to a staging site, to test, to detect and then you will disable one or two plugins on your live site.
