Thank you for your questions.

1. There are no any forms that come with our theme. All forms presented on your website are coming from some additional plugins like WooCommerce, Contact Form 7 etc. It means that you need to modify these plugin or install additional extensions for them. But we don’t have an instruction for this since our theme can’t impact it.

2. Do you mean notification emails fro WooCommerce orders, registrations etc.? You can find all the available in admin panel -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails.
