Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to align it properly

.product-design-alt .variations a.reset_variations {
    margin-right: -63px;
}

The problem is that your language has a bit longer word for the “Clear” button. So we suggest you to keep this simple CSS fix after future updates also.
